What Cheapfax is
Cheapfax is a pay-per-page outbound fax service for iPhone, available in the United States and Canada only.
Pricing and payments
Pages are sold in pre-purchased packs via Apple In-App Purchase. Current pricing is shown in the App Store and in the app before any purchase. Credits do not expire. Refunds for failed faxes are issued automatically as in-app credits, subject to abuse limits.
Acceptable use
You agree not to send unsolicited or unlawful faxes. We reserve the right to refuse service, freeze accounts, or report violations to authorities. Outbound faxing is limited to US and Canadian numbers.
Service availability
Fax delivery depends on third-party telephony networks. We do not guarantee delivery to any specific recipient. Where Sinch reports a transmission failure, your credits are refunded automatically up to a daily cap.
Account deletion and refunds
You can delete your account at any time. App Store refund requests are handled by Apple under their own policies; if Apple refunds a purchase, the corresponding credits are removed from your account.
Limitation of liability
Cheapfax is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
